A Partner School is an institution that maintains an active Edways account, allowing its admissions team to keep their school's data updated, chat with parents, and directly access all applications on the platform.
What are the unique features of a Partner School?
With a Partner School, you can utilize the Easy Apply feature, communicate directly, and track your application status. You can also chat with the school's admissions team via Edways.com.
What does Easy Apply mean?
Easy Apply lets you submit an application to a Partner School directly through Edways, making your application immediately available to the school’s admissions team. They can then reach out to you directly for any additional information or clarifications.
What is Free Apply?
Free Apply is a filter that displays schools which match your selected criteria and do not charge an application fee.
Can I apply to multiple schools?
Yes, you can apply to as many schools as you'd like. However, we recommend conducting thorough research and applying to your top choice schools.
What happens after I use Easy Apply?
You can monitor your child's application on the Edways platform under 'Applications'. Some schools may require an assessment as part of their application process; they'll communicate these details to you upon receiving your application. You also have the option to withdraw your application through the platform.
Can I apply to non-partner schools?
Absolutely. You can submit an application to any non-partner school through Edways. We'll pass along your application to the school's admissions team and follow up. However, if you don't hear back from the school, please contact us. Please note that the application process for non-partner schools is handled outside of the Edways platform.
What is a “Top Choice School”?
Once you apply to a school, you can select one 'Top Choice School' for each child.
Does Edways collect any school-related fees?
No, Edways does not collect any school-related fees. If a school charges an application fee or requires a registration deposit, they will provide the necessary payment details.
Do I need to constantly check the portal for updates?
No, you don't need to continually check the portal. We'll email you with significant updates, including changes in application status or school communications.
Is my data safe?
Yes, we take data security seriously. We will handle your data with care, will not sell it to third parties, and will not sell it to third parties, and will store and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
